Order Processing Time

During high demand or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Charges

Express shipping charges (if available) will be calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

Orders below ₹999 will incur a nominal shipping fee, shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

You can track your package in real time via the courier partner’s website or our Track My Order page.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

A small COD handling fee may apply (shown at checkout).

COD is available on select pin codes.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location. Don’t worry — you’ll be notified about each shipment with tracking info.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failed delivery attempts:

A reshipping fee may apply if you’d like it sent again.

It will be returned to us.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within India. We’re working on bringing our styles to more countries soon!
