We are based in Delhi, India and we ship pan India.
What products do you sell?
We offer a curated collection of home furnishings including bedcovers, cushions, table linen, and more, along with handcrafted Indian wear for women such as kurtas, dupattas, and sets. We will soon be expanding into other categories and adding more variety, so keep an eye out for exciting new launches!
Are all your products handmade?
Most of our products are handmade or hand-finished by skilled artisans, ensuring unique craftsmanship and quality.
Orders & Payments
How can I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, net banking, UPI and Cash on Delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Currently, we do not offer order modifications once placed. However, you can cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible for cancellation requests. If your order has already been shipped, you can place a return request if the product is returnable as per our return policy after it is delivered.

How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with tracking details.
RETURNS AND EXCHNAGE
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can place a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within one week.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Can I exchange clothing if the size doesn’t fit?
Yes, clothing can be exchanged for a different size if available. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are processed only for damaged or defective items if replacement is not possible. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within one week.Â
