OVERVIEW
Our return and exchange policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If more than 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Intimate wear (if introduced in future collections)
- Custom-made or personalized products
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process any return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

First, check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card provider — processing can take a few days.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item (size/color), email us at support@aarohaliving.com and send your item to:

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
SHIPPING RETURNS

If you’re returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
